I had the grilled chicken club with the avocado on the side. Decent size. Chicken had a nice semi-smoky flavor. Bacon was crisp & Swiss was good. Quality choice. Service was a little slow, but was very friendly.

I had the catfish platter with fried okra. The service was great and the food was good. The portion sizes was pretty big as well. I wasnt able to finish. I'm glad I stopped in for lunch and plan to visit this location again.

Our first visit to this restaurant was on a Tuesday evening at 7pm. It was busy, but we're quickly seated. Our party ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken (good), Shrimp Scampi (had to be sent back because it was fishy), Chicken Club Salad with ranch (good!) While we had to send the shrimp scampi back, the replacement was the smoked salmon with carrots which were both very good. Our waitress, as well as another waitress, were very helpful and attentive in getting the meal replacedand it arrived literally within five minutes, allowing the person to continue with the rest of the group. The ambulance is good and two waitresses we dealt with were good and the food was good, in general.

Brand new location. We have been to the other one on Broadway a number of times. Went in the afternoon. It was busy but not packed. It is located just down the road from Interurban, on Memorial Rd. Right off the turnpike. We sat in a booth by the bar. The bar is larger here it seems. Big U shape setup. Tvs on the wall. Both of us had salads. Mine was the Waldorf. Not sure if it is new to the menu. Can't recall. But it was a very good salad. They used dried grapes since it is winter probably, but no worries. $14. I would order it again. It was plenty to eat. Service was good. Overall feel of the place is good. It will be a fine location for them no doubt. Close to the Quail Springs mall if you are doing dinner and a movie. Thumbs up.

There isn't anything not to like about Charleston's. Sorry for the double negative but it's true! This location is really nice and is a great addition to the developing area on Memorial. I came here for a luncheon in their private room which is the perfect size for a medium group. We had about 30 people comfortably. Charleston's always has excellent service and this time it was even better than I remembered. You will never have an empty glass here. I truly love all of the food they serve here and they made a special menu for our group at a great price. Soup or salad, entree and dessert for less than $20. I had the vegetable beef soup, chicken picatta and ice cream sandwich for dessert. It was decadent! I will definitely keep this location in mind for an event in the future.

Never fails.. Always a sure bet no matter what you order. Service is always the best as well! Best restaurant by far to send out of town guests looking for a yummy lunch or fantastic dinner! The menu is so diverse, and also so simple. There is always a Charleston's nearby now! Thank goodness!

Bland food for way too much money. Can see how this would be a big hit with the over 50/don't like salt or taste crowd.

Dark romantic lighting was the first thing I noticed. The food is salty and good. The bathroom has a TV in it for some reason, the only other TVs in the restaurant are directly over the bar. The Hickory Burger was okay, nothing special. Same review of the soup & salad. The artichoke dip was really good. And the cheesecake was literally amazing. It tasted homemade. A huge slice of cheesecake with handmade whipped cream choclate sauce and fresh raspberries. I'm kinda emotional today, but I honestly teared up because that cheesecake was so good. Carpeting is a good indication that it's not a kid restaurant, but lots of folks brought little ones there anyway. I don't think there's a kid menu. Our server was frigid, not rude per se, but definitely disinterested and hard to find.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. I've eaten here probably once a week since they opened. Curb side is awesome! My favorites are the Chicken Club Salad and their Chicken Avocado Club sandwich. Their baked potatoes are awesome, as are their soups and their Saturday night only chili. For desert, the key like pie is some of the best I've ever had, but nothing beats their ice cream sandwich - which is basically a two layers of cinnamon chocolate brownie with ice cream in the middle, topped off with a layer of fudge (same desert as red rock, for those of you who've had it there). Their sides are also great.

I have always enjoyed eating at every Charlestons I've been too. I was in town on business and decided to treat myself. The Salmon was excellent. Waitress was great. Service was impeccable EXCEPT the hostess had her head in her phone when I walked in. She greeted me right away and seated me...where I had a clear view of her. She went back to her phone and had her head buried in it the entire time I was there! It was a cool rainy night and not very much customer traffic, but it was very unprofessional. Not up to standards for a Hal Smith Restaurant. But I still highly recommend eating here!

Charlestons always provides quality and consistency. It is a clean and inviting environment. I've had my birthday there several times. The chips and queso is one of my favorite dishes! I also tried the kale salad recently and was very pleased with the mint and cilantro.

My wife and I went Thursday 2/26 and had a very good experience. Our waitress was pleasant, helpful and on the spot. Our first visit. When we arrived, there was a line and were told about 15 min. Since we were 2, we waited about 5 min. Really wanted one of the soups but thought that would be more than I needed so saved it for another day. Ordered the parmesan chicken. 2 nice, thin pieces of breast meat with a nice crust, marinara sauce, angel hair pasta, and a really good tomato, mozzarella salad. Very balanced, filling and tasty. My wife had the chicken primavera with the pasta and vegetables. She thought it was well cooked chicken topped with nicely seasoned asparagus, artichoke hearts, capers all seasoned to perfection. She said it reminded her of spring on a cold winter night. We'll be back to try some other offerings soon.

The foods is good, but the services is suck. We were waiting more than 15 mins to get ours waitress to come back to ask what's else do we need and refill our drinks.. The Saturday night is packed they' are over staffs but non of them stop by the table to ask what we want... Very bad services but we still leave the tips.

Have eaten at this place numerous times over the past year. Their service and quality of the food continues to improve. I had shrimp scampi-the shrimp were large and fresh, the pasta cooked perfectly, seasoned with fresh parsley and basil-the garlic toast was as good as the scampi. My friend has chicken fried steak, tender and perfectly cooked. Would recommend without hesitation and hope it continues.

Terrible. We love Charlestons, but this one can't get it together. The service couldn't be worse. Food is ok, but won't come back because of such terrible service. That's a really bad effort. Vegetables still frozen. Steaks charred (ordered cold rare). 20 minutes to get drinks. Waiter was a complete jerk. Awful.

I've lived in Tulsa and Edmond and Charleston's is always my "go-to" restaurant. This new location still captures the classic feel of all the other locations but is more spacious and slightly more modern. Even with what appeared to be a full parking lot they were able to seat the 3 of us immediately. We were attended to right away and the dishes ordered certainly exceeded our expectations. The hickory burger is mouth watering with a smokey taste and so many side options to choose from it was a new hit for me. I went with fried okra my all time favorite. Their menu spans American classics such as burgers to comfort food such as fried catfish so everyone can find something they enjoy. Also, I love the soup and salad option. It never fails me. I highly recommend Charleston's and this location.

Genuinely a good over all experience. "Consistency" on food and atmosphere. Staff always friendly. Always willing to customize and do whatever is right for customer. We usually sit at the bar and while there may be too many "Ashleys".......LOL; they are always top notch on service and friendliness. Enjoy that on their salads they don't mostly or only use "iceberg" lettuce, which to me is cheap and flavorless. I just enjoy the experience on a more than occasional basis.

I'm missing the appeal. If you want a lot of really heavy food in the Oklahoma tradition, this is the place. As much as I love chicken fried steak, it was all just too much for me to enjoy.

Charleston's is one of those reliable places that never fails you. This new location is no exception. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy. There are 2 rooms that are good for private parties. We came there for a late dinner Saturday night and were seated immediately. The restaurant is quite large so don't be discouraged by the number of cars you see outside. As for the food, you have to, have to get one of their scrumptious warm, flakey croissants!!!! It comes with the salads!!! I mean, if you leave without having one, you've FAILED!! Now, for the entrees...the pork chops are amazing! It comes with 2 juicy, flavorful chops so you'll probably have leftovers. They're just as tasty the next day, by the way. Their Walt's salad is a big bowl of flavor. So many different things in there. While the taste isn't anything to rave about, all the different flavors will keep you interested until the last bite. Lastly, the fries are crispy and seasoned just right. You can't go wrong with Charleston's!

I have to say we love this restaurant and every time we go the food is consistently amazing. I am pregnant and crave the smoked salmon daily. That cucumber side that comes with it I could eat by the barrel. My only complaint is we ordered to go and asked for an extra side of the cucumber. I was so excited but got home to find a long black hair in it. I was so sad and disappointed as I always expect and get the best from Charlestons. Other than that our order was great and the curbside service was very nice and server was friendly.

Very nice location, the ambiance was amazing! It was so comfortable and the service was spectacular! My glass of water was never empty. I had the chicken fried steak, my classmates had the salmon, parm chicken, chicken club, and the steak. The portions were great and there were no complaints at our table what so ever. I would definitely go back and also refer anyone there.

A+ Customer Service experience! Thank you to manager John Cunningham and the Charleston's staff for doing an exellent job with our event today. We had lunch in the private dining room. Service was excellent and prompt Food quality and portions were also great. I highly recommend Charleston's for business or personal private dining events.

Everything on this menu is great. The ambience is fantastic. Josh L was our server the last two times and he is very friendly and attentive. There is great team service as well. A different person brought out a salad incorrectly and immediately had it fixed. My favorite thing on this menu are their pork chops. I get them medium with a loaded baked potato and glazed carrots. No matter what you get, you must get the glazed carrots! Also, their croissants are delicious.

Another outstanding dinner. I have now eaten at several of their locations and have not been disappointed. Tonight I got the prime rib, again and yes medium rare, garlic mashed potatoes and a salad. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, the mashed potatoes made for a nice compliment and they have the best salads. My son had a turkey burger, baked potato soup and a ceasar salad. The turkey burger was well cooked and not dry at all, the baked potato soup is a must try and the ceasar salad was perfect as always. Our waitress, Lorin, was also very attentive and new the menu. Ask for her when you come. Overall grade "A". Thank you for the great experience!
